Arizona_Pawn_Shop_requirements

Moneywell is serving
the Arizona pawn industry!

Arizona pawn software requirements are challenging. Interest is not a fixed rate per month but based on a 90 day total. The first part is the broker can charge for two months. The second part is  the fees (setup, ATF, parking, and storage) that are ether monthly or one time which make up loan amount. In some cites the local police will require the broker to purchase there forms (which can only be printed on a dot matrix printer), and Leads on line is a big player for the reporting of tickets.

When a pawn shop writes a loan they will need to see an id. Valid ids driver license, passports, military, and state id.  They will need to record name, address, city, state, zip, height, weight, eyes, hair,  birth date, Id type, Id number, expiration date, and id state.  As of this writing finger print, phone number,  race,  and picture of pawner are not required. As for the item to be pawned one will need to record article, make, model, serial number, size, quantity, and color. If one pawns a gun then action and caliber, and if one pawns jewelry then material, stone type, number of stones, size, and weight. Currently one dose not need to take a picture of the item. The pawn form can be ordered through Barrel printing that has all the correct language and correct boxes to show the loan details.

Moneywell is a web-based, Software-as-a-Service program that originates, tracks and reports transactions common to pawn shops, thrift and consignment stores, metal buyers, scrap yards and gun shows, etc. No special hardware or software is needed and since no contract is involved, the number of cash drawers and stores determines the monthly usage fee.
